WHAT TO EXPECT

Thank for you interest in Venus Fitness & Lifestyle Coaching, I look forward to the opportunity to assist you in achieving your health and fitness goals. 
On this website, you will find a downloadable Health History and Lifestyle Form.  It is important for the success of your program that you complete this information to the best of your knowledge prior to our first meeting.  I will be happy to answer any questions regarding this form, just send me an email or give me a call.

Your first session would involve an orientation package, a detailed interview, review of the completed Health History and Lifestyle, and a comprehensive fitness assessment.  This fitness assessment covers posture analysis followed by, cardiovascular evaluation, flexibility and strength testing.  We will be doing 30 minutes of combination training so please be prepared to workout!

Afterwards we will evaluate the information by looking closely at your goals, needs, and availability. I will then develop a personalized fitness and lifestyle program including a timeline with benchmarks and goals – to achieve the results we agreed to.
Following our first session, each session following will be 60 minutes long and requires athletic attire (i.e. shirt, tank top, shorts, tights or sweat suits and athletic shoes).  Please bring a small towel and water bottle
